This policy explains what information FlipbookWow, run by Atlas Pro Consulting LLC, collects and how we use it. Short version: your flipbooks stay on your device unless you publish them, and we never sell personal information.

Your files stay with you. PDFs are turned into flipbooks inside your browser and saved in your browser's storage. We do not receive them unless you publish a Pro share link.

What we collect

Flipbooks you publish. When a Pro subscriber publishes a share link, we store that flipbook (pages, text, settings and media) and a cover image on Cloudflare R2 so the link works.
Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
Email. If you ask for your Pro link to be emailed, or receive lead alerts, we send those messages through our email provider, Resend.
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
Support. If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you.

Information about your readers

If you add a lead form, readers' answers go to you. With Pro email alerts, we pass each lead to your email address and do not keep a copy in a database. With a webhook, the data goes straight from the reader's browser to the address you chose. You are responsible for how you use lead information. If you add Google Analytics to your flipbook, Google processes that data under your own Google account.

How we use information

To run the Service, host share links and unlock Pro.
To bill you and handle refunds.
To send service emails such as Pro sign-in links, receipts and lead alerts.
To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run FlipbookWow: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing and analytics), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and our users.

How long we keep it

Published flipbooks stay until you remove the link, or until your Pro plan ends and we clean up inactive links. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you.

Your choices and rights

You can remove a share link anytime in the studio, and clear your browser storage to remove flipbooks from your device. You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the GDPR or California privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Children

FlipbookWow is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date at the top.
