Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with FlipbookWow Pro. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

Open the studio, choose Pro, then Manage billing to cancel. You will not be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

Monthly plans

If something went wrong with your first monthly payment, email us within 7 days and we will refund it. After that, monthly payments are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next one.

Yearly plans

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first yearly payment or a yearly renewal. After 14 days, yearly payments are not refundable, but you keep Pro until the year ends.

Charged by mistake?

If you were charged after canceling, charged twice, or do not recognize a charge from FLIPBOOKWOW or Atlas Pro Consulting LLC, email us and we will make it right.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, and tell us what happened. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
